Cookie Policy

Last updated: 24/09/2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies REPOD currently uses on this website, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognise your device and remember information about your visit, such as whether you are logged in.

2. Cookies REPOD Uses Today

At present, REPOD only sets strictly necessary cookies - the kind a website cannot function without. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

  • Session/authentication cookie - keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and lets us tell your account apart from every other member's. Without it, the member dashboard, challenge and admin panel could not work.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary, they are not switched off by a cookie banner - the same way you cannot browse a members-only area of a website while declining to be recognised as logged in.

3. Third-Party Cookies From Payments and Community Features

Where you choose to pay for a membership or link a Discord account, our payment provider (Whop) and Discord may set their own cookies as part of completing that action - for example, for fraud prevention during checkout. These are set by those providers directly, not by REPOD, and are governed by their own cookie and privacy policies.

4. If This Changes

If REPOD later adds analytics, performance or marketing cookies, this policy will be updated first, and - where legally required - we will ask for your consent before those cookies are set, with a way to change your mind at any time. Nothing on this website currently does that.

5. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies through their settings. Blocking the session cookie described above will prevent you from staying signed in to REPOD.
